Please be aware that even if you fulfill the minimum requirements, this does not mean that you will be guaranteed a merchant account. Different factors, such as previous financial history, are taken into account when processing an application and may mean different terms are put in place or an application is rejected all together.

Below are the minimum requirements for each account

Standard Merchant Account + Gateway

	You must be at least 18 years of age
	You must have a business Bank Account (unless sole trader)
	Bank account and incorporated company must be the same name
	Business must be incorporated in one of the following countries
	Business must be one of the following supported entites
	Business must NOT be on the prohibited businesses list

High-Risk Merchant Account + Gateway

	You must be at least 18 years of age
	You must have a business Bank Account (unless sole trader)
	Bank account and incorporated company must be the same name
	Business must be incorporated in one of the following countries
	Business must be one of the following supported entites
	Business must NOT be on the prohibited businesses list

Adult Merchant Account + Gateway

	You must be at least 18 years of age
	You must have trading history, or if a start-up, a solid business plan and estimated turnover of at least £10k
	You must have a business Bank Account
	Bank account and incorporated company must be the same name
	Business must be incorporated in one of the following countries
	Business must be one of the following supported entites
	Business must NOT be on the prohibited businesses list
